Neglecting bandwidth, I'm gonna have to say about 150 100 tick rate slots. Not bad. One thing I recommend would be getting a 10,000 RPM hard drive. It just makes loading go faster and its not that much more compared to 1700.

you got the wrong ram in your wishlist, the mobo only takes FB memory NOT unbuffered. also if you plan on colo'ing the second one you better make sure about the power requirements as it will cost you extra per month to power that sucker.

The first one will hold 50 slots per core
The second one will hold 60 slots per core
both calculated on 100 tickrate basis.
They might be able to spurt out some more (as I've compared them to a Core2Duo E6600 2,4GHz, which runs 1066MHz instead of 1333MHz, so these should get a little more, but how much I don't know)

But wait Drocona, the Core2Duo E6600 is 2.4 ghz. Each core on this processor is only 2.00. So like wouldnt each core get around 40 slots? And like you said then spurt out a bit more?

My Core2Duo E6600 (yes 2,4GHz) got to 120, so 60 slots per core.

It's estimates, you never know the exact amount, I know mine ran 100 but the CPU wasn't maxed out yet
