Can't Exec Config files, TF2

Hi.

My Team Fortress 2 Gameserver will not exec my cfg files i upload via FTP.
I put them in the same directory as the server.cfg, which i can exec.
And no the config is not named "war.cfg.txt". I just wont exec the config.

I have restarted the server several times.

What's wrong? I bought the server from a gameserver company, are they resposible for this?

did you try typing "rcon exec war.cfg"

does it come up with an error?

Hehe yes "coudn't exec war.cfg" or something like that. But i have solved the problem now. I needed to CHMOD the config files

Hmm i did the same with chmod and still got some error with loading twl cfg.Its say that it cant change and only oporator can do?Anyone know the problem.
