Admin problems

i did all the steps to install srcds and it installs everything except srcds.exe
as a solution i got my friend to load his srcds folder onto a disc. problem solved!
however i can't make myself admin
i can't enter the rcon pass by typing Game_Rcon_Password_Enter

Help!

thanks very much, admin solved. my friend gave me a hand and i've put myself in mani.

now i have another problem!
I sorted mani and gungame out. it worked. i then changed some gun game settings and the scripts have gone corrupt, can someone attach their:
surfaceproperties_manifest.txt
surfaceproperties_cs.txt and
surfaceproperties.txt

ALL help is greatly appreciated : )

FYI i think it is something to do with an unlocatable DLL, but i'll start by trying out the scripts... i have reinstalled GG and Mani but i don't want to run HLDSudate just incase i lose my srcds
