Can't get Mani-Admin-Plugin work, CS:S

I have downloaded Mani-Admin-Plugin, and configured it like they said in tutorial of Mani-Admin-Plugin. But when I run my server and go to play
CS:S there's not Mani-Admin-Plugin working when trying to use
ma_ -command. I don't know should I download SourceMod or MetaMod but
I really need help with this guys

Did you remember to make the .vdf file ?

Yes, now I did make the .vdf file and when I Start the server it says, Command in address "0x1137e4c6" refer to memory
on address "0x13ac00c0". Memory can't be "read".

What should I do?

Use mani with metamod, the vdf/plugin format I think is broken.

Thanks a lot guys, now my MetaMod and Mani-Admin-Plugin works perfectly.

But, when I runned my server few times it only shows the Metamod and when I write meta list it shows 0 plugins.
What did happen? :s
It says
Failed to load plugin mani_admin_plugin (Failed to get API).

You need to add the mani mm dll to the plugins.ini file so mm will load it.
