server takes ages to change maps =(

my friend is running a 10 man dedicated server. its pretty decent except it takes froever to change maps. whenever i change a map it goes to that changing level thing and just get stuck before andything shows as loaded. so i hit cancel then look in the server list and it shows and not responding for like a few mintues then finally ppl can join again. when he plays on lan he says it loads fine for him n hes always waiting for everyone. o and it doesnt take forever all the time but id say almost every time.

Does it only happen when certain maps load maybe?

nah any map, sometimes a map will take forever then once in a while the same map will load normally.

what's the CPU load like on the server when it takes a while?
