Hmm I'm not sure if it will hold, if you run each server on a different core it should work.

Also, you shouldn't host 20 player 100 tick servers, 18 is the max.

it's your processor that has the chance of maxing out. Not your RAM.

AMD is the CPU not config.

If you're setting up a server from home, then I guess C2D..I don't know much about AMD but all I know is that they're for "gaming" not sure about processing.

Also get some RAM's.

If you're talking about internet speed, then it depends on your upload speed, not provider.
