I'm trying to set up a dedicated server for counter strike, but for some reason, it hates me. Here's a list of the things i've done trying to get it to work.
Created a static internal ip
Port forwarded not only 27015, but also 1200, 27020-27039 (somebody told hl2 uses these)
DMZed the router
Disabled the firewall and allowed anonymous internet requests on the router
Disabled the windows firewall
Added the server's external ip and port number to the server.cfg file
even with all that, still nobody outside my network can see the server. Is it the router? or my comp or just something i'm not doing?
