Sv_showhitboxes 0,1,2 not working on Srcds Mani 1.2o(windows)?

I have input the cmd and tried to look at the hitboxes of the bots on my server via rcon no dice. Can anyone tell me the detail I'm ignorant of? Maybe I'm missing a client command to view the hitboxes or is the Mani interfering? I'm stuck....................

I think you need sv_cheats on and vac insecured

VAC can be on but as Drocona said, sv_cheats needs to be set to 1.

What does this command do? Shows the hitboxes (yeah I kinda figured that one out)? Anything more?
