SRCDS not starting...

Okay - this is very odd. I'm trying to start up srcds, but it's not doing anything - weather I start it through command prompt or double click it. Here's a little log of my CMD window:

Try using this command line:

-game cstrike -console -secure -maxplayers 20 +fps_max 500 -tickrate 100 +map cs_italy +port 27015 +mp_dynamicpricing 0 -ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

If that fails, try updating your server.
