As much as I would love to, without admins it won't get far I'm afraid.
As I have tried multiple times myself, it just dies.
If I could in some way get this site to me I would do everything to get it to work.

You seem to be the only staff member that I recall on the forums.
Where did everyone else go? Would they not be willing to upgrade you to a site administrator?

As much as I tried I've not been able to contact the administrator so I can transfer this website to my server of my company. I hope one day I can so I and most of you that are helping at this moment can make this community live again. All the administrators seem to have perished, I have no knowledge of where they went nor do I know them in any way.
I once was like all of you, I came here with a question and learned all the way, now I'm the teacher.
The only part of this forum I can moderate is the Dutch forum. The moment I got moderator status there was also the last I've seem from all the admins and mods, as you can see the date was somewhere may 2006, more than a year back.
When you look at the admin and mod accounts page (click their name in the staff post) it says they still visit the site recently but I'm not sure if that's correct in any way since I, and the rest of the community, does not hear anything from them.

I've sent an e-mail to crytotek and Japje and have PM'ed SirTiger about this.
Hopefully one of them emerges and responds.

If they recently visited this site and you had a PM for them lying in their inbox then they would probably have read it. I think manofphat has a nice idea, it could be done with a wikipedia-styled script.
As you can see from my join-date I am a pretty 'old' member. When I was active, a year ago maybe, the admins were often here and replied.
