I pay 33 euro (I think about 43$) for 3mbit down and 512kbps up. We have 5 mailboxes with 10mb webmailspace per box, 21mb (weird number dunno why lol) webspace per box (so 105mb total) with unmetered bandwidth.

Soon I'm switching to 12mb down and 1mb up for 79 euro (126$) a month, including same as above plus telephone included up to 8 numbers, it's pretty much the best available at the moment over here in the Netherlands (in my region, some regions can get 100mbit fiber connections >.< ).

I own a webhosting company which takes care of all my webspace and e-mail Smile So I dont care what my provider gives me. Just make sure you get a static WAN ip.

79 euros a month?! (i know you said that includes telephone and up to 8 numbers, but still...) And i thought UK prices were bad!

UK you can get 16mb down 1mb up for 15euros or 24mb down and 2mb up for ~30 euros.

Forgot to tell that this is not cable, it's a dedicated Asymetric DSL2+ line.

Which means it's only you on that line an no-one else. Also it's the new DSL standard which was recently intoduced.

Im currently paying around £30-£35 with Virgin Media...

With this i get TV XL, Phone XL and Cable Broadband XL (20mbit/768kbps)

Reason i get this so cheap is because we have been customers since the start of NTL (Old name) and we were going to move to sky so the guys at retentions offered us an offer we could not refuse!

EDIT: After a bit of reading i have just found out that Virgin Media are testing new upload speeds between 1.5mbit and 2mbit, and they may be rolled out soon! Cant wait!!!

that's pretty nice, I'm still drooling at those speeds not to be introduced here for at least 2 years.

I have 24/2... for some reason my swedish ISP decided to upgrade us to 2mbit upload one day. That was nice. I honestly think 2mbit is way too low for a server though!

You can make it as crazy as you like, I once had a setup where 100mbit on a LAN wasn' t enough Wink Good thing there were Gbit uplinks available.

Hehe Smile... Well 2mbit upload makes the server lag at around 18 players. Which is bad...
