Do I need an old version of SRCDS to let old CS:Source versions to connect?
If yes, where and how do I get an old version of SRCDS compatible with:
Counter-Strike Source
Exe version 1.0.0.28 (cstrike)
Exe build: 12:11:22 Mar 17 2006 (2687)
If no, how do I specify which version of CSS can connect to my updated SRCDS?

You will need the older game files, where to get it? No idea... You can't install older version
Why would you want an older version anyway ? =/

you could always try and connect an old version with a new server. In my experience the source engine seems to be a bit more flexible compared to other games.

i don't know how to update cs:s dedicated server.
whenever i join a server in cs:s it says your version does not match the server pls restart...
can any1 help me out!!!! plssssssssssssssss

has nothing to do with the server, it's your client if you're having it with every server.
