Another 'Not adding to master list' thread

Hey, ive tried everything i can think of to get my server added to the cstrike source master list, but nothing works

i go start>run> then type 'c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -autoupdate -pingboost 1 -tickrate 66 -port 27015 +map de_dust +maxplayers 4'

then i see:


I do not use a router, i use a motorola SBG900 cable modem

I have turned off all my firewalls including windows, and no changes

Could it be to do with my server.cfg? Could anyone help me out? thanks in advance
