Server problems big time.

im trying to set up a half life 2 deathmatch dedicated server. Ok, well all was going well, i managed to get my srcds to install... im sure i forward my ports just fine. but maybe not because my server still wont let anyone connect, i have a safecom router.. these are my port settings as open

when i try to use 172.141.46.20 as my i.p it says couldnt allocate deathmatch server UDP. i have no clue how to see what is using my other ports but im sure nothing is using them at the moment. my i.p on steam shows as 10.0.0.6:27015 i think and 172.141.46.20 is what appears when i go to whatismyip.com. im with AOL and use a safecom router. no one can see my server and my cmd line on the server looks like... C:\SRCDS\srcds.exe -game hl2mp -tickrate 33 +ip 172.213.51.112 -port 27015 -maxplayers 16 +map ma_sgtc_stargate
I have NO firewall what so ever. except windows firewall.

but it still wont work until i put in 10.0.0.6 as the i.p but no one can see my server nor join it. any more info needed just say ill be checking here dailly. help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Please try to search for "port forwarding" in these forums and there will be thousands of portforwarding threads with the same issues with posted solutions.

I have searched but no one seems to have the same problem, i dont think its to do with my ports anyway. they all seem to be fine, just no one can connect to me due to no response from server or something.

Everyone gets no response when the port forwarding is incorrect or simply doesn't work because of a routers disabilities.
