New HL2mp admin,

Would like to know how to ban IDs. After looking through logs, there are a few trouble makers that need banning. I'd like to be able to add them via a cfg entry but I don't see where to do that...

I'm using a pre configured "server cfg" made by Drocona. (thanks Drocona)

In your server cfg folder, create a 'banned_user.cfg' and ban people using this format:

banid 0 <steamid>

Then in your server.cfg add the line 'exec banned_user.cfg'.

Also before you quit the server make sure you use the following commands:

writeid Saves all the banned SteamID’s.
writeip Saves all the banned IP-addresses.
