Server drops out

Hi,
when i start my server everything seems ok
people can join and so on
but when approximately 1 minute the sever drops out
i can see my IP where on only I can join: 192.168.1.70:27015
but not this Ip anymore where normal people can join on: 86.95.81.231:27015

i have opened/forwarded al this ports on my firewall:
UDP 1200 (Friends Network)
UDP 27000 to 27015 (Gameport)
UDP 27020
TCP 27030 to 27039
TCP: 27015 (SRCDS Rcon port)

and i forwarded on my modem this port:
27015 to/from 27015

Edit: this stands in my target:
C:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +maxplayers 16 +map surf_10x_final

Damn now the server is on then off then on then off
thats just happening all the time
it turns on for a minute then it tturns offf again :S

I think it's a bit weird, I've never seen that happen.
Try disabling all plugins if you're running any, and see if the connection of the internet is stable (like wireless often disconnects)

disable the mods doesnt work and my internet is stable and i dont use wireless internet

Happens all the time, just ignore that error.

hmm this is getting tricky...

How about firewalls and/or anti virus utilities? (especially SYMANTEC/NORTON products!!!)
