When I download it, I get the one without dynamic and no one can join because it says "server is out of date", Ive tried updating it but it said it was alread updated. I also get dynamic pricing errors and stuff. What should I do?

add -verify_all to the update command line and try again.
dynamic pricing is buggy and sucks, I suggest turnign it off by adding +mp_dynamicpricing 0 to the startupline of the server.
