Unknown Command Problem

I need help with getting mani admin plugin working? When i write ma_rcon for example it says Unknown Command:"ma_rcon" or when i bind it says Unknown Command:"admin"??? What is the problem and how i fix it??!!

You didn't install mani correctly, it's not running.

Look at the install instructions and read carefully, it's a piece of cake.

when you start the server what does it say? does the console show a list on commands that say:

unknow command "mani_"
unknow command "mani_"
unknow command "mani_"

cause thats what i use to get. but then i simply downloaded the newer version (1.2 beta R) and all works well.
