ok, i run a 30 man office 66 tick on a 5mb up connection, no lagg or anything, and when its full im only using about 3mb or less of my ocnnection. anyways every map, theres 1 time where everyone freezes, for like 5 seconds, then everyone can move again, and it happens once every map change.

Do you have any plugins running?
Try to disable them one by one and see if it still happens.

i have mani, metamod, and eventscripts. but this dont happen on any of my other servers that have these plugins running.

Well most likely hardware problem if the CPU isn't 100% or low on memory.

i aint even close to 50% when all servers are full. its a 3.4 quad core xeon, and 2gb ram

it only happens once a map. its weird, and it will pause the game for like 5 seconds. and cpu is deffinatly not the issue, and doubt ram. anyone?

Hrm..im taking a wild guess..but try uninstalling all addons including mani and meta and whatever others you have on it. Then try getting it full and see if it happens. Even tho the addons are fine on your other servers..cha never know. Also..if your running other servers off the machine and there not having n e problems..then i guess its narrowed down too the 30man office server and that would also eliminate the hardware questions.

it cant be a hardware issue, its a quad core 3.4ghz xeon cpu. and 2gb ram, the cpu never goes above 50% when all servers full. and i run the same plugins on all my servers. and its only the office one having problems.

hardware can fail too, maybe it's broken RAM stick or w/e.
Nothing is perfect.
You'll ahve to run some diagnostic tools to make sure
