Boost for win srcds

Is there something to think about when you setting up a win srcds server? I mean can I do something to boost the performance on my server?

P4 3.0
2gb ram
win 2003 server

This should be more then enough to run at least 1 server I think.

You can run 50 players at 33 tick on that, depending on your connection speed.
Configuring the server correctly is the only thing you can do to boost performance (other than srcdsfpsboost/WMP)
