Warning means nothing, it can be ignored.
You can add sounds to the game by using mani admin plugin or any other plugin for sounds.

i am in japan. moved here from hawaii
i have 18mb download and 2mb upload with fiber...............yes i know i know only some things. sorry. i hosted
a server in hawaii for the first time for 3 months. it is very nice.
i just like to add one of my songs and photo in the game....it will be so cool

I think Mani admin plugin has all those options you need,
you can add a photo into the server, everyone will see it. You can put it wherever you like, you do have to edit the file a bit tho but I'm sure there are some tutorials on the net.
Sounds can easily be added, it's used all over the place.
