srcds.exe memory leak error

I get the memory leak error you can see on the screenshot.

As far as I know it is being caused by one plugin whenever someone joins the server but I do not understand why, configurations seem to be correct. I'm trying to run GunGame with the integrated DM. So I currently have installed onto the server:

- EventScripts
- ES Tools
- GunGame
- Mani Admin Plugin (Tried without Mani and it doesn't seem to be the problem)

Hopefully someone can give me a hand. This is the second server install on my dedicated machine.

disable all plugins and add them 1 by one to see which one is causing the problem.
This is mostly a broken plugin after an update from valve.
