(Sorted)No Bots on DM or DOD Servers

Hi again. Now I've got my port thing sorted, I'm having problems with my bots. I don't have any.

I'm using the same bot.cfg as my CS server (that works and always has), and in console, it states "unknown command" on all the associated cvars.

Initially running a Deathmatch server, I tried this on Day of Defeat and the same issue.

Are Bots possible on DM and DoD servers, and could someone post a Bot file if working?

I'm afraid there is no bot support in DoD or HL2: DM

I think I've heard about some custom bots but I never actually seen it work in a server.

Love my bots on CS (Xavier - Superbot), the coding between the 2/3 can't be that difficult surely. I would have thought they used the same AI (shoot and run), just a bit of "objective" recoding and your done.

No better practice than working your way through the Bot_difficulty settings before releasing yourself as cannon fodder to the world.

No Point having my own server now then. (Big Sulk)

Sorry guv but you're thinking of bot_add which is the CS:S cvar.

Anyway neither of these work ("unknown command", gave it a try anyway). Been doing some googling, and Droc is bang on, there is no working bot (native or mod) to either Deathmatch or DoD:S.
