Would it be possible to run 2 servers, 1 24 Person, and 1 12 person with a Dell Poweredge Server with a 3ghz Xeon Processor, and 3gb of DDR Ram?

We have 1852kbs upload

you will need 2.5-3 mbit upload for 36 slots @ 33 tickrate

server will hold with ease, the upload is a small problem.
