100tick Q

Dedi server is running Win 2003 server.
INTEL DUO 2X2.8 GHZ CPU
1.5GB RAM

I have followed the 100tick instructions as per this thread...

The Problem:
Quite allot of players are experiencing that their firing is allot faster and often sounds like double firing.

Once they leave and join another server then come back the problem appears to be gone.
So I only can assume my server is setting some weird settings in their cfg maybe??

Server.cfg:
sv_minrate 5000
sv_maxrate 20000
decalfrequency 60
sv_minupdaterate 20
sv_maxupdaterate 100

Anyone advise please?

Try lowering your FPS a bit, it's been an issue for a while. (like 300, it's very stable at 300. Quality will remain or in most cases even get better)
