why can't people connect to lan ip but can to exterminal

why can't people join to lan ip, but can join to exterminal ip?

is there anyway to get it to be lan ip!

the problems are!!!!

1) server lags

2) i give the people exterminal ip and they say 4 tries connection falled!!!

there are some problems. DROCONA you should make a account in http://www.clanbase.com
you can chaalenge people and clan for match in many games.

I don't do clanbase, I think it's useless and I can schedule my own matches.
I think it's a bit over the top
