Server time-out. Randomly¿ Is there a way to solve this?

Hi!
My srcds server is doin fine, but sometimes it times out. It happens after hours, and it seems very random...
The srcds console just stops responding. I cant write anything in it, and the players get the message: Server connection timed out.
I know, the time-out probably can't be fixed. But I was wondering if there could be made a time-out Watchdog?
I use the sscrds.com Watchdog, that restarts the server if it crashes, but it does not restart it, if it just times out, cuz the srcds console is still running (but not doing anything).

Does anyone know some batch command or ANYTHING that could make the server restart if it is not responding for 5min etc?
Anything that can help?¿?

I dunno if this should be posted in the Windows forum, since this may be a Windows error? , but I can't get in the Windows forum.. Some error. (dont ask me about it)

When a server locks up you'll always have to manually restart it, I don't think you can actually "detect" it with a program to close it down and restart.

You'll have to fix the timeout problem.

no it doesn't. Thats kinda the point.. If it did, my program would restart it, but it doesn't close when inactive...
