mani upgrading

any1 know if there is a way to smoothely transition between mani 1.1.0zk and the 1.2BetaR without losing any of my ranks, admin, etc?

(posting here cuz mani forums is being stupid and wont let me re-register and not sending my password back to me when i ask)

I think, just cut out the .dat/.txt files with the rank info in them. Then install the new mani admin then past e them back in the folder.

sounds cool, but i don't wanna lose althe shit by upgrading and it NOT working :/ any1 else have any input that is a little more sure?

there's no such thing as "updating" plugins, you just download a new version, backup the old ones. Overwrite with the new ones and see if it works.

thats what i meant by "updating"...i meant it in the version sense not as an "update" persay

Heres what you do.


Replace the .DLL files in the addons folder.
In the Mani_admin_plugin folder in the cfg folder. Copy the gametypes.txt and in the LANGUAGE Folder copy both the files.
Replace the following files mentioned above and it should work
