Dude, I just looked through most of your posts, all are about either rates or lag. We've told you about rates a million times, can't you do it yourself by now?

I'm wondering where you got those rates above from... because they are nowhere near correct.
I will tell you how to do it one more time, write it down somewhere or bookmark this page.

sv_maxrate:
B * 128 / P
B= Upload bandwidth in kbps, P= amount of players you wish to host. (if the outcome is above 30000, set sv_maxrate to 30000 because that's the max.)

sv_minrate:
allow 56k < 4000 < disallow 56k

sv_maxupdaterate 100 (always 100, it fits every server)

sv_minupdaterate 20 (always 20, for every server when it drops below 20 it lags, fits most servers, if you run higher ticks set this a bit higher too)

That's all there is to it

it doesn't really matter what speed your nic is, what is your upload speed? if it is a true 100Mb connection then why aren't you doing:

30000
5000
100
100

BADASS, I don't have any attitude problems at all.
What you might understand is that after explaining/helping or atleast I tried to you still don't seem to get it, as you got at least 10 answers from different people on these forums. I get a bit tired of telling people the same thing all over again, I'm starting to think about if they actually want to know how it works.
Look at stuff like this thorugh my eyes, I get people adding me on MSN every day asking the same stuff all over again like I'm some kind of helpdesk, I'm like ok what the heck, everyone should be able to have fun and run a server. So I help them, it costs me 2 hours at least to explain the whole thing about servers. 2 days later they come back with the same friggin question I explained 2 days ago! Like if they have amnesia or just don't want to understand in the first place. Later on, after a long chat again it appears they don't even know what a browser is?

Well so much for stuff like that, I like to help. But some people just need to get some advanced knowledge first and I'm not the one to teach that, if they would pay me I would but I'm doing all this for free.

Now please tell me what is it you don't understand, I will try to explain better if needed, although I don't se ehow at the moment, since those variables are just plain simple stuff, 3 of them are pretty much static and 1 (sv_maxrate) is simply filling in numbers and you got it.

if it is then just use the max don't know why you wouldn't. if you are still having issues then it's your setup, your clients or it's not really 100Mb.

i was reading the chart and it says a number times a number times the clients and i don't get it when there is like 20 different numbers

and ok here's my internet speed
Unlimited 100Mbps burstable premium bandwidth with Gigabtye switching

how can you have tickrate of 66 but a maxupdaterate of 30? you need to read the tickrate article by whisper:

http://whisper.ausgamers.com/wiki/index.php/Tickrate

are you saying you don't know how to read an xy chart?

ok, since you don't want to or can't understand the instructions section (has nothing to do with the charts whisper tells you how/why to set the numbers in the instructions) just use drocona's numbers above my post.
