error message pops up

I was running the server for a while without any problems then my computer had to restart and now I get the error that says

The Procedure entry  point SteamFindServerNumServer could not be located in the dynamic link library Steam.dll

Could you please help me fix this problem.

Simply quit steam and it dissapears.

ok but now I got another problem, the server loads up then it auto closes itself

EDIT: after taking a look at your server window, try running teh server without plugins first! Alot has changed lately

I did that and I also tried it without a server.cfg cause I thought it was something in the server.cfg but it wasn't and is my computer even compatible to run a server

Nothing wrong with the server, are there mdmp files (or something like that) in the main srcds folder? if so it's a crash.
If they aren't there it's something in the configuration somewhere.
