Authentication Library Error

I searched around the net and this site before posting and only things I could find were in other languages so giving this a shot here.

Executing dedicated server config file
Error: Material "sprites/bubble" : proxy "AnimatedTexture" not found!
Section [Scenes]: 0 resources total 0 bytes, 0.00 % of limit (2.10 MB)
Unable to load authentication library, Exiting...
Unable to load authentication library, Exiting...

This is off a fresh install and have installed 6 different ways. Tried it with and w/o a server.cfg file so I am stumped on this one. Anyone have any ideas to what is going on?

Its normal, dont take all the errors serius.. will work fine

Take the erros seriusly only if the server wont work functional.

That's not a normal error.

Try updating with -verify_all added to the commandline and see if the problem persists

Already updated with verify_all and still get the same error .
