* 1GB DDR RAM
* 120GB HDD
* 1000GB Transfer
* 10Mbps Uplink
* 5 IP Addresses

How many slots can that hold? I was thinking maybe 64, not sure though.

100Mbps w/2000GB transfer

Seems to handle 24 man CSS server fine with TS running, but how far you reckon it can be pushed?

Sempron can handle next to nothing.. It's a budget proc for standard home PC's (just like Intel's Celeron)
I doubt it will run 20 man smooth tho.

I'm not expecting too much off it, but as I mentioned it has handled CS Source 24 man server filled up without any hitches, as well as running a TS server.

Only time CPU usage goes high is during map change, but then its not that high.

How would you log CPU usage for a certain amount of time?

for linux i use hotsanic which will give you reports like:

you'll also get system stats like:
