Weird problem , cant start server

This is the message i get, Any ideas ??
I update a gazillion times... it still wont change ! Help needed

Problem Solved ..... u gotta turn this weapon pricing off

do the following :
go to cstrike\cfg
open the file named "valve" in notepad
add this line to the top :
"mp_dynamicpricing 0" without the ""
and ur done

i try different map scoutzknivez and dust work but not dust2

other maps wont work only sk and dust work

this is how u fix take out those file in cstrike/addons es_tools.vdf es_tools.dll es_tools_i486.so
