restart command dont work?

Hi. i cant restart my server. i am ussing putty to run it. and i trying to restart i cant. i am using this commands from butty and form game console with rcon commands.

restart
sv_restart
mp_restartgame

They are not working. the only 1 command work is _restart and i dont want to use it. because its shutting down the server and run it after 10 sekund. any other commands i can use?
i tryed this site:

Try "rcon quit"

If all set properly the server should restart automatically.

If you just wanna restart the round/map use: "rcon mp_restartround 1"

i want to restart server, pleas. like in 1.6. when i type restart the server restart. and if i had changed any settings ind my folder, the settings come up. any other commands?

the restart command does not work in the SRCDS
there is a command _restart now but it just shuts the server down like using quit.
You have to write your own little script to restart it I think (seen multiple on these forums)
But I'm not good with Linux.

the Consolen Command is :

_restart

Use: rcon _restart to restart the Server
