I am setting up a CSS LAN Server for local play on a LAN Party. For the Bandwidth Rates i have no clue, was never good at this part.

So here is the details:
CPU: Intel P4 2.00Ghz w/ 512KB CCache
Mem: 256MB DDR
Net: 100MB Full-Duplex
Room: 5 to 20 Players
OS: Slackware 11 Kernel 2.6.17.13
Box: Laptop =)
