How Could I Run My Server?

ok well i would like to start a server with no lag and my specs are
AMD athlon 64 X2 Dual
Core Processor 4200+
2.21 ghz , 2Gig Of RAM
Physical Address Extension
with plenty of bandwith (keeping in range of 1000 due to hosting 3 servers)
and will it lag if i play on the same comp im hosting with.
i need a good set of rates and slots thanks .

There is a very high possibility that the server will lag big time when playing on the same machine. This is not recommended, it's not a Dedicated server without purpose. If you want to play on the same machine run a listen server from inside the client of counterstrike/hl2/etc.

What is the amount of upload bandwidth?

Its getting installed at 3064 kpbs and can be ajusted greater
