How can i get my server to show what my fps is? I run the Console version and i saw some screenshots were they was on upper, but nothing here :S any1 know what commands i should type to get it shown?

you have to scroll your server console all the way up to the top and you should see it Has your FPS what map it is on and how many players are on your server

Scrolling up in the console window will hang the server untill you release the bar again so that's not good.
try typing stats

I installed fpsboost and ratetweak and i had fps 64 now its 300..

rcon_password "yourpassword" press enter
rcon stats press enter

This will display realtime server CPU/FPS/USERS IN/OUT usage.

when i do that it tells me this "Unable to connect to remote server <0.0.0.0:0>

That's only applicable for admins playing in the server.

if it says Unable to connect to remote server <0.0.0.0:0> type this first:
rcon_address <iphere>
