Is it normal for a new brick wall to look like this?

I just had a brick retaining wall installed in my backyard. It’s only been a few weeks, and I’m noticing some gaps in the mortar between some bricks and a slight unevenness in a section. The company that did it seems reputable, but I’m new to this and don’t know what’s considered acceptable craftsmanship. Can any experienced brick mason or homeowners tell me what issues are minor vs. what are red flags for a new installation? I want to know what I should reasonably ask them to come back and fix.
