I had a similar issue a while back, and it turned out the problem wasn’t with the SRCDS config but with conflicting localization settings. If your server is running custom content or non-English assets, syncing them with a game localization company made a big difference for me. They helped sort out weird text errors that broke some scripts and menus when switching between language settings.
