What would be a a normal upload and download speed per player on a css server? I am running a 66 tick rate at 40 fps. My upload speed seems to be going every where, right now with 6 players on its uploading any where from 17-40 kbs and downloading 10-30 kbs. What should be normal?

well I think on 66 tick it will be around 6-12 kB/s per person

also your FPS is very low, you should run srcdsfpsboost.exe or open windows media player to boost your FPS
