Hi another question here Umm i know you can make another esrver by changein the port from 27015 to 27016..and so on....but is there a way to use a diff. IP? and change the IP and not just the port? Or is it just one IP per household? If i use another computer to run the server..would i have a diff IP then the one i have on this one? Ty

Unless your ISP Is really cool and will give you another IP, then no its 1 ip per household.

if you're on standard broadband then you're on DHCP from the ISP and they won't give you another one. also, it may not be possible to bind 2 IP's to a specific cable/dsl modem.

A single modem should work fine with multiple IP addresses. In the past I had setup my home connection with three external IPs. My ISP was nice enough to offer up to 5 IPs per customer; most residential ISPs aren't.
Talk with your ISP and see if they allow you to pull multiple IPs. Some will allow it for free, but most charge a few extra bucks a month.

When you have 2 IP's you have to add one ip to server1 and the second ip to server2. You have to do this by using the -ip startup command.
