Playing Homebrew Games Help
#1
Probably a dumb question but I can't find an answer anywhere online. I'm wanting to try out all these wonderful homebrews but I can't get some of them to work. I've successfully played Hellslave and Cubecat to name a few but others I can't get to run such as Utenyaa and Slidehop. I've tried copying to my Saroo and burning to disc for Pseudo Kai. The first two I mentioned work on both methods while the other two do not. Looking at the files, I don't see what I'm missing. I'd love to experience everything the community has made so your guidance is appreciated.

Yeah, I had the same problem with a few homebrews not running on my Saroo. What helped me was checking https://crackrelease.com/games/ to see if there were any notes on compatibility or special steps. Some needed a different file structure or extra files in the root folder.

Discovered Coldbet recently and love it! Link: https://coldbet.world The themed design with a cold twist is fresh and absorbing. Broad range of games, including slots and live tables, for all-day fun. Swift withdrawals, generous incentives, and top-notch service—highly recommended for bettors.

It sounds like the issue is likely due to compatibility and file structure. Some homebrews like Utenyaa and Slidehop may not run from Pseudo Kai or a burned disc—they might require direct SD card loading on your Saroo. Also, if you’re trying something like a 51 game, make sure the files are in the exact folder structure the homebrew expects, and check if any additional assets or dependencies are needed. Confirm your Saroo firmware and Pseudo Kai are fully updated, since some homebrews only work on specific versions. For the ones that don’t run, try loading them directly from the SD card.
