Looking for Recommendations on Reiki in NYC

I’m interested in exploring energy healing and was wondering if anyone here has personal experience with Reiki practitioners in New York City. I’ve read a bit about the practice, but I’d love to hear about real sessions, costs, and what I should expect as a beginner.

I know many studios and independent healers are offering Reiki NYC, but it’s hard to tell which ones are truly reputable. If you’ve found a practitioner who made a difference in your well-being, could you share your experience?

I’ve actually tried a few energy healing sessions, and they were surprisingly calming and restorative. Sessions usually last about an hour, and prices tend to range from $80–$150 depending on the practitioner.

When I first looked into Reiki NYC, I found that starting with established wellness centers gave me more confidence than booking random independent ads. As a beginner, you really just need to wear comfortable clothing and go in with an open mind.

My first experience left me feeling deeply relaxed and less stressed, so I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.
