I started logging trade details in a spreadsheet, including entry/exit, reason for trade, and emotional state. Helped spot patterns I didn’t notice before. I also tried BananaGun to test some strategies quicker—it’s handy for tracking trades without flipping between tabs all the time. Seeing everything in one place really helps keep my head clear.
