How can I make file sharing safer?
#1
I need to share contracts and financial data with partners, but I’m always worried about leaks or hacking. What’s the most reliable way to handle it?

I had the same concern until I came across an article on open-web.info about encrypted file transfers. The key point was that email, while convenient, is one of the least secure options for sensitive documents. I switched to encrypted platforms, which let me set access controls and passwords for each file. What I appreciated most was being able to track when a document was opened, so I knew my client had it. The change gave me much more peace of mind. On top of that, I didn’t realize how professional it would look—clients felt reassured knowing their data was handled with care. Now, instead of worrying about breaches, I can focus on the actual work. If security is a top concern, I’d definitely recommend taking the step toward encrypted sharing.
