I dont think the -port command works anymore. Try -hostport.

Then perhaps you should have mentioned all the steps you have tried. When you get that odd port its because either:
a. you have a firewall running such as windows firewall or some other commercial wall, or a firewall in your router.
b. your port forward is misconfigured.
Have you seen through this post as well?
If all else fails. Get a new router.

The problem is my router can only forward 1 port at a time so I have to like forward 35 times. so I need to know how do some people with DI-604 revE forwards their's. And everytime I restart my server the port changes like it used to be 60039 and then its 64343. Their random numbers but you get the point.

make sure that if you have a seperate modem config, forward the ports there too.
Also a known issue is that when you use port ranges it gives errors so you would have to enter them 1 at the time anyways, I know lot of work but atleast it should work in one time.
suggestion: if you don't get it working in the next week throw it away and get a switch with a server infront of it. Just search the net about switches to get an idea on how it all works

lol I tried to forward all 29 ports but my router could only forward 6. I have seen post about people who forwarded all of the ports with MY router... How did they do it?

Welp, i was looking to see if it was possible to hack your router and run it as a linux router much like my linksys wifi router, but i don't think there is anything on it.Seem its easier for WRT based routers are running linux. I guess I can only say, Contact dlink, see if they can be of help, contact the people who posted on the dlink. see if anyone in the steampowered forums have been through it.
