Chase Travel Messed Up My Booking

A sibling is supposed to fly in for a sibling's wedding next week and just found out that their booking was changed.
Looking for help, contacts, suggestions. I suspect the tickets might now be in the hand of a travel agent.

* Nov 7: Booked round trip PIT-JFK-TLV in Y for Dec 23 - Jan 7 for an obscene amount.
Had to split into two bookings:
1 Adult + 4 Kids
1 Adult + 3 Kids
* Dec 10: Checked reservations and found that the 1 Adult + 3 Kids outbound was canceled.
ElAl said Chase attempted to downgrade the fare class on Nov 8, causing the outbound segment to be lost.
Chase rep said it was a system glitch, flights were now fully booked, and promised a callback.
* Dec 10 (later): Chase rep called ElAl, who told her that Chase should rebook both reservations in J for Dec 29.
* Dec 12: Chase rep called back and said she found tickets for the 29th. Asked if I wanted them.
Replied that I needed to fly earlier. Requested:
Keep 1 Adult + 4 Kids on Dec 23.
Rebook 1 Adult + 3 Kids on Dec 24 via PIT-DCA-MUC-TLV.

* Dec 14: Checked reservation again and found:
1 Adult + 4 Kids rebooked on Dec 29 in J without my consent.
Current state:
1 Adult + 4 Kids: Dec 29 in J PIT-JFK-TLV
1 Adult + 3 Kids: Dec 24 via PIT-DCA-MUC-TLV.
Realized family was also split on return flights:
1 Adult + 3 Kids placed on a later return flight in J.
Called Chase. Rep admitted they had rebooked on Dec 29 before asking, causing the Dec 24 booking to be lost. Promised to follow up but never did.
* Dec 17: Requested Chase to look at alternative flights. Options provided would require driving, re-checking bags, and additional complications, which are non feasible with 7 kids under 11.

You can check out https://getegypttour.com/ — they handled kosher meals, Shabbat arrangements, and guides who spoke great English. I used them last year for a trip with my extended family, and they really made things smooth, especially in Cairo and Luxor. They were super responsive on WhatsApp too, which helped with last-minute stuff.
