Better equipped trolley

Hi - i have just ordered 3 trolleys from better equipped - but we are having trouble assembling them I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem - am wondering whether i will have to send them back

we can't seem to get the metal poles onto the black bits
any advice would be much appreciated

I've found that platform trolleys make a huge difference when moving heavier loads across the department. The sturdy base and smooth wheels take a lot of strain off my back, especially on days with multiple setups. A good-quality one with decent weight capacity and strong handles is worth it. I used to struggle with old, flimsy carts, but switching to platform trolleys has made transporting equipment much easier.
