Plumbing Question--old house bathroom remodel
#1
We have 2 tiny upstairs bathrooms in our 1950's small colonial that appear to be original.
We've had many issues with clogging pipes, leaking toilet, having to have a plumber come in several times a year to fix.
We obviously need to get this fixed.
We have a quote for a full bathroom renovation to remove the old teal tiles, etc. but on the quote it says "if we need to replace all galvanized pipes I will notify you to price accordingly".
But I thought that was what we were doing?
Even though the bathrooms are super outdated in looks, I really don't care because they are so small and there isn't a lot that can be done.
Is it possible to do the piping work that we need to without a full bathroom renovation?
Or they need to cut into everything anyway, so might as well do it all?
Thanks for any advice. My quote was $17K for master bath.

If you're dealing with this issue, I’d recommend calling a plumbing service company to check it out. I had something similar happen, and it turned out to be a small leak that was causing more trouble than I realized. A professional fixed it quickly, and it wasn’t as expensive as I feared. Sometimes what seems like one problem is actually something else, and having an expert take a look can save a lot of hassle.

I’m currently looking for bathroom remodeling services in Philadelphia and have come across a few options. Rob Philly Builder seems to be the most suitable for my needs, but I wanted to get some feedback before making a decision. Has anyone worked with this bathroom remodel Philadelphia before? What was your experience like in terms of quality, reliability, and customer service? Would you recommend going with Rob Philly Builder, or should I continue exploring other options?

I am planning to renovate my bathroom and am currently looking for recommendations for a reliable contractor. I live in Winston-Salem, NC, and want to make sure I find someone experienced who can deliver quality work at a reasonable price. I am aiming for a modern, clean look with updated fixtures, better lighting, and improved storage.

In my search, I have seen a lot of companies offering bathroom remodeling Winston-Salem, NC services, but it is hard to tell who is truly trustworthy and skilled. I would love to hear from anyone who recently had their bathroom remodeled and can share their experience. How was the communication, workmanship, and overall cost?
