Printing on thermal printer with telephone

Good morning,

I am developing an application for taking orders in restaurants by scanning a QR code. for this, when the customer validates their order via their phone, I need a receipt to come out of a thermal printer.

For this I therefore have several problems:

To be able to format the information that I print
Connect 1 or 2 printers per restaurant easily
Ensure that the ticket goes out immediately without requiring a computer.

If you have a solution, that would be really great!!
